The AirSnore and ZQuiet anti-snoring mouthpieces are similar in many ways, and if you're trying to decide between the two, this article may help you choose.

But if you've not read the Airsnore review or the ZQuiet review that we've written, you might want to begin there.

The primary difference between AirSnore and zQuiet is the custom mold of your teeth. By doing a "boil-and-bite" using hot and cold water, the AirSnore is able to be custom fit to your teeth, jaws, and gumline. The zQuiet does not allow this.

Other Mouthpieces for Snoring that we've reviewed include:

A tongue retaining device (TRD), the Good Morning Snore Solution (GMSS) keeps your tongue from blocking your airway to prevent snoring. The ZQuiet, a mandibular advancement device (MAD) keeps your jaw thrust slightly forward to keep your airway clear.

For my wife and me, each device functioned as advertised and stopped us from snoring.

We favor the ZQuiet, despite my wife experiencing a slight fitting issue, due to ease of cleaning and price.  However Good Morning Snore Solution is definitely a better option if you have bad allergies.

Other than sore tongues for a few days, we eventually had no problems with the Good Morning Snore Solution. The ZQuiet felt comfortable and after the first night, neither of us experienced any soreness upon waking.  Both turned out to be effective stop snoring mouthpieces.

The soft and very pliable construction of the ZQuiet provides a very comfortable feel in your mouth. Your mouth opens slightly so if you are a mouth breather only you can use a ZQuiet.

The ZQuiet fits a bit loosely but did not fall out of our mouths.

ZQuiet mouthpieceThe cleaning was the easiest part, just a toothbrush and a bit of soap each morning.

My ZQuiet Experience

We were surprised to find that when you order a ZQuiet you get two, one of each size. Fitting requires you to put each one in your mouth and decide which one feels better! Once I trimmed the plastic around my wife's in order to provide her with a more snug fit, she reported hers felt wonderful.

The ZQuiet, according to my wife and son, stopped all snoring sounds from coming out of my mouth. However, my wife was a bit disappointed that her snoring was not 100% gone. It was significantly reduced and I could barely hear her. My son in the next room reported hearing nothing though.

The toothbrush and soap cleaning process took less than a minute or two. In contrast to some competitor's brands that have lots of nooks and crannies, the ZQuiet's one-piece construction made cleaning easy.

Good Morning Snore Solution

The look of the Good Morning Snore Solution is a bit odd. The suction cup attaches to the tip of your tongue to keep it from flopping back in the throat. There is no mouthpiece to wear like there is with an MAD.

CPAP DeviceCleaning simply requires a glass, warm water and a denture tablet you can purchase at just about any drugstore.

My Experience With GMSS

The GMSS comes in two sizes. I ordered a small for my wife and large for me. Mine fit perfectly right out of the box. However, my wife's device was still too large so, as per the directions, I trimmed it a bit with scissors.

Once I did so, she claimed it fit fine also.It felt strange wearing them at first with the suction cup attached to the tip of our tongues. We both believed they would fall out during the night but were pleasantly surprised when that did not happen.

Since my tongue was a bit sore the first morning, the next night I tried squeezing the bulb less, even though I worried about it coming loose (it didn't).

That took care of the soreness as the next morning I felt great. My son reported no snoring sounds from the bedroom, and when I woke to put the dog out my wife was breathing soundlessly.

One note of caution: my wife and I breathe through our mouths or nose. If you are a mouth breather only, you will not be able to use the GMSS since your mouth is kept shut with your tongue forward.

My Recommendation

The GMSS and the ZQuiet, during our trial of several weeks each, kept us from snoring. True, the effect of the ZQuiet on my wife was not perfect, but for all intents and purposes, she did not make much noise and awoke refreshed.

The price and simplicity of the cleaning regimen made the ZQuiet win out over the GMSS for us.

If you decide to buy either, make sure to check out the Good Morning Snore Solution coupon and the ZQuiet coupon.

If you have been exploring mouthpiece options then you have probably found that when it comes to mandibular advancement devices (MADs), Zyppah and ZQuiet tend to the most popular picks.

Both devices are on my list of top four favorite anti-snoring solutions, but I like ZQuiet just a bit more. This does not mean you will though. Zyppah could be the perfect one for you.

Understanding the similarities and differences between the two snoring mouthpieces may make it a little easier for you to make your decision.

Zyppah ReviewZQuiet review

Zyppah and ZQuiet were both effective in stopping my snoring. They are both made of quality materials and designed by respected dentists.

Your decision will likely come down to design. If you prefer the stationary feel of a traditional mouthpiece and feel you need the rubber strap to hold your tongue, Zyppah will be your best option.

If you would like to be able to move your mouth and speak freely then give ZQuiet a try.

If you are torn between VitalSleep and ZQuiet, you are not alone. These tend to be two stop snoring devices commonly compared because they do have some similarities, but they are more different than you might think.

The ZQuiet, like the SnoreRX, holds your jaw slightly forward to keep your airway open. Each device belongs to a standard line of anti-snoring devices known as MADs (mandibular advancement device).

My wife and I tried both. Personally I prefer ZQuiet, but my wife found that she had slightly better results with the SnoreRX (due to her small mouth size).

ZQuiet review

My wife had a slight fitting issue with the ZQuiet the first night but I was able to resolve it the next morning by following directions provided by the company and trimming it with scissors.

We had no fitting issues with the SnoreRX as the Flex Jaw let us customize the fit before wearing it.

The ZQuiet feels very comfortable in your mouth due to the soft, flexible construction. The device allows your mouth to remain slightly open so you can wear it if you are a mouth breather.

ZQuiet ReviewThe loose fit surprised us. We expected the ZQuiet to slip out of our mouths during the night, a problem reported by some users. However, that never happened to us.

Cleaning was easy with a toothbrush and soap.

My ZQuiet Experience

ZQuiet provides everyone with two mouthpieces for the $79.95 price that vary in how far they advance your jaw. You simply slip one or the other in your mouth to determine which size is best for you. I had to trim my wife's slightly with scissors for it to fit properly.

My wife snored softly the first night though she reported no sounds coming out of me. My jaw was a bit sore but after the second night that went away.

After the two week trial, we both felt very comfortable with the ZQuiet. The construction even allows you to talk normally while wearing it. People with a deviated septum or who have a cold will like the ZQuiet too as it lets you breathe through your mouth while still keeping your air passage clear.

Cleaning took almost no time. The one-piece, soft construction cleaned up easily with a toothbrush and a little dish soap.

ZQuiet now ranks amongst my favorite anti-snoring devices.

The odd shape of the SnoreRX made my wife and I a bit concerned about wearing it. The concerns were misplaced. The look comes from the technology associated with the Flex Jaw adjustment piece that is integral to the SnoreRX.

Cleaning SnoreRX Snoring MouthpieceThe boil and bite and Flex Jaw provide a very comfortable fit compared to many other MADs. There are ten settings, 1 mm apart that makes it feel as though you had it custom-made.

Cleaning requires more than just dropping it in a glass of warm water with a cleaning tablet. You will need to scrub some of the parts that have crevices and crannies in order to ensure you remove all bacteria.

My SnoreRX Experience

My wife and I took some time to carefully read the instructions before attempting to fit it into our mouths. We used the boil and bite method, then put them in our mouths and adjusted the fit with the Flex Jaw.

It took a second adjustment for me after the first night as I had a little soreness in my jaw when I awoke. The second adjustment worked as the soreness disappeared the second morning.

We both slept soundly and awoke refreshed. When I woke up in the middle of the night to put out the dog, I noticed my wife made no sound at all.

My son, who always stays up later than we do, said he could not hear either of us snoring.

Cleaning was a bit of a challenge but nothing too onerous. We had to scrub the crevices first before dropping them into warm water with a denture cleaning tablet.

My Recommendation

My wife and I agreed that the ZQuiet required the least amount of work and was the most comfortable. However, my wife was a bit disappointed that the ZQuiet did not completely stop her snoring.  Use the ZQuiet coupon when ordering.

The SnoreRX, once you fit it correctly to your mouth, kept both of us from snoring. Cleaning the SnoreRX takes longer than cleaning the ZQuiet does but after a while, we got used to it.  Use the SnoreRx coupon when ordering.

We've reviewed dozens of snoring mouth guards and rated them based on factors like comfort, durability etc.  Have a look at our best snoring mouthpiece list to see which ones are our overall favorites.

CPAPs (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) are machines that push air into your airway to keep it open and positively stop snoring. A ZQuiet is a mandibular advancement device or MAD that you wear inside your mouth.

It keeps your jaw pushed forward and keeps your air passage open.   Instead of being considered a CPAP device, the ZQuiet is categorized with anti snoring devices.

CPAP machines have several parts including mask, hose, and filter, and require AC or battery power to function. ZQuiet is made of one piece of pliable plastic.

N/AZQuiet review

People suffering from severe sleep apnea almost always opt for CPAPs. However, the MADS like the ZQuiet have a good record of success in stopping people from snoring as well.

ZQuiet mouthpiece

A ZQuiet is manufactured from soft, pliable plastic. Your mouth remains slightly open, allowing you to breathe through your mouth or nose. This permits people that have a deviated septum or otherwise can't breathe through their nose to wear them.

The device fits very loosely in your mouth. At first, you expect it to fall out but that does not happen.

The cleaning process is one of the easiest of any MADS on the market. You merely need a toothbrush and dish soap, then rinse it off with warm water.

My ZQuiet Experience

We were surprised when, upon opening the box, there were four ZQuiets. When you order one, the company sends you two, one that is smaller than the other is. The directions tell you to slip each one in your mouth to determine the best fit.

If, as in the case of my wife, the ZQuiet is too big, the company provides directions on how to trim it with scissors.

The first night went well. My wife and I awoke refreshed. I did hear my wife snore very softly, but she claims I made no noise.

My jaw, however, was a bit sore after that first night. However, apparently my mouth adapted well as by the second morning I felt fine.

Talking too, unlike with some stop snoring devices, was easy since the ZQuiet did not require your mouth to close completely.

The cleaning was the fun part. The one-piece construction meant no crevices that took special care to clean, so within a minute or two we were done.

CPAP Device

The CPAP, though relatively simple to operate, comes in several parts. There is a mask, tubing, the actual machine/air pump and filter.

The mask slips over your head and you use nasal plugs. Once you have it all together, using it the first time requires simply slipping the mask over your head, adjusting the straps and plugs, and then turning the machine on.

You must disassemble it for proper cleaning with warm soapy water.

You may also need a CPAP humidifier, which costs extra, as the dry air pushed into your airway can be uncomfortable to some.

The CPAP Experience

You cannot purchase a CPAP with a doctor's prescription. If you don't go to your own physician for a sleep assessment, you will need to fill out a questionnaire provided by the CPAP company, and let their doctors evaluate and approve you as a candidate for the machine.

The approval process through the company's doctors may take a week to ten days.

With the prescription, you can order the device. Most ship immediately.

To clean it, first you disconnect all hoses, the mask, and remove the filter from the machine. Then you clean each part with warm soapy water. You can wipe down the machine with a slightly damp cloth.

Most companies recommend cleaning once a week but users tend to clean it at least once every other day.

The CPAP works. You will not snore if you fit the mask and wear it properly.

My Recommendation

The ZQuiet, unless your doctor orders otherwise, costs much less than a CPAP. Unless your medical insurance covers it, the CPAP can be very expensive.

The ZQuiet cleans much easier than the CPAP does. There are no moving parts and nothing to break or replace.

Sleep apnea suffers may find that the CPAP is a medical necessity. In that case, you probably have a good chance of your insurance covering all or part of the costs.

Note that the ZQuiet trial also lets you try the snoring mouthpiece for a reduced price for the first month.

Many people assume that in order for a mouthpiece to actually stop their snoring, they have to get the product through a dentist. After all, if a prescription is required then it must work better than one you can simply order online, right?

Well, that may be true with other products, but this is definitely not the case with anti-snoring devices. So, if you are considering Snore Guard because you think it must be superior to others, you may want to look at a few options first, especially ZQuiet - which is among my favorite mouth guards for snoring.

Snore Guard ReviewZQuiet review

Snore Guard and ZQuiet are both classified as mandibular advancement devices, but they are very different in design. Snore Guard is made of hard plastic and keeps your mouth stationary all night. You put it in your mouth and it holds the lower jaw forward. To talk or take a drink of water it needs to be removed. It also has a fairly wide upper piece that sort of wraps around the teeth of your upper jaw.

ZQuiet also holds your lower jaw forward, but the device is made of a flexible, soft, rubber-like material. Its Living Hinge Technology allows you to open and close your mouth to speak. You can even sip water while wearing it.

Airflow Ports

Obviously, since ZQuiet allows you to move your jaws, you can also breathe through your mouth freely. Snore Guard keeps your mouth stationary, but it does have a large airflow port at the front of the device. So, regardless which mouthpiece you choose, you will be able to breathe through your mouth. This is good news for anyone with sinuses, allergies, nasal polyps, or a deviated septum or nose injury.

Both of these anti-snoring mouthpieces have been cleared for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration. The one advantage that ZQuiet has in this area is that it is a well-known fact that the material used does not contain any BPA or latex. All we know about Snore Guard is that is made of a medical grade plastic. One would want to assume that it does not include the two mentioned elements, but you would think that this would be information included on the site. You do not want BPA in your mouth all night, and you really do not want to learn that you have a latex allergy a little too late.

Maintenance and Lifespan

Snore Guard and ZQuiet are both simple to clean. With ZQuiet, you will want to use a toothbrush and mild dish detergent. The makers of Snore Guard recommend a toothbrush and toothpaste.

ZQuiet has a general lifespan, lasting 12 to 24 months. The variation is primarily dictated by whether you grind your teeth or not. Snore Guard is suggested to last anywhere from 3 to 24 months. A difference this significant really is disappointing.

If you live in Canada, you can order Snore Guard online, which makes it a convenient option. Residents of the United States are required to have a prescription. So, you have to make an appointment with your dentist to get one. This makes it more expensive. Plus, it will take longer to receive (time frame dependent on your dentist's schedule).

ZQuiet is an affordable snoring solution. It is priced at $79.95, but you do not even have to pay this full amount upfront. You can pay $9.95 for shipping, and the device gets shipped directly to you. Then, you have 30 days to decide if you like it. If you do, simply keep using it and your credit card gets charged after the trial period. If you decide it is not for you then ship it back and you will not be charged. You have a total of 35 days to get it back to ZQuiet, so you do not have to cut the trial period short.

Fitting Process

Snore Guard uses a boil-and-bite process to achieve a custom fit. You can do this at home and it only takes a few minutes. However, your dentist may insist on taking care of the fitting for you.

ZQuiet arrives ready-to-use. Some people find it to be just a tiny bit too large. This is easily fixed by trimming the edges with scissors. You can then file any rough edges you create. This is really easy to do. I took care of my wife's device in a matter of minutes.

I have tried both devices and ZQuiet dominates in the comfort department. Since you are able to move your mouth, you so not suffer from that stiff feeling in the morning that some mouthpieces leave you with. Plus, it is really streamlined, so it does not take up much space in your mouth. Snore Guard was so uncomfortable; I could not even get through a week-long trial with it.

Learn more about the mouthpieces in my Zquiet review and Snore Guard review. Also, be sure to check the comparison between the highly rated SnoreRx and Zyppah.

Before I tried ZQuiet, I had already put more than a dozen other mouthpieces to the test. Although I found some good ones, none were my perfect fit.

ZQuiet Review

ZQuiet is the one of the best mouthpieces I've tried to date, being very effective and comfortable to wear.  It's also very reasonably priced. If you have tried ZQuiet and can't accept the fit or don't feel your snoring is reduced as much as it could be, I recommend SnoreRx as it has a molding process to provide a secure fit and it can be calibrated for maximum snoring reduction.

Update: ZQuiet currently has a $10 Off coupon (SHQZC10)

Pros and Cons

Although I am quite fond of ZQuiet, it is important that you are aware of all the positive and negative points of the device to make an educated decision.  It's definitely better than most, but I have a few complaints as well.

Positive Points

Negative Points

The Mouthpiece that Doesn't Really Act Like a Mouthpiece

Until this point, every mouthpiece I had tried was stationary. Although some were soft and streamlined, they held my jaw strictly in a forward position. So, talking with one when in my mouth was out of the question.

Most mandibular advancement devices (MADs) are designed to just hold your jaw forward, so your tongue can't collapse into your throat and cause an obstruction. I had been under the impression that a mouthpiece had to be hard and stationary to work. So, when I stumbled upon ZQuiet, I was definitely skeptical.

ZQuiet Living hinge TechnologyZQuiet is soft and flexible. Yes, flexible!

It has what is called "Living Hinge Technology." When you look at the mouthpiece from the side you can see that the lower jaw extends forward. However, it is flexible, so you can open and close your mouth, talk, and even sip water with it in. For the life of me, I couldn't even comprehend how this thing was going to keep my jaw forward all night, if it was pliable enough to let me speak.

ZQuiet is crafted from a thermoplastic elastomer. It contains no BPA or latex, and it's cleared by the United States Food and Drug Administration. ZQuiet is also made in America and accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

The material has been put through rigorous safety testing, and there are no acrylics used during production. It actually looks like it would be very comfortable, unlike some mouthpieces that cause you to cringe at the thought of putting them in your mouth.

You will also notice that ZQuiet has airflow posts. This ensures that you can't completely close your mouth and block the airflow while you are asleep. This means that it is suitable for people who breathe through their mouth.

My Experience

When I went to the site to order a ZQuiet for us (me and my wife), I was pretty surprised to discover that you actually get two mouthpieces when you buy.

The two vary in lower jaw advancement, so if one doesn't work, you are supposed to try the other one that has the lower jaw extended even more. Most mouthpieces have a fitting process, but this one doesn't.

The site said it would be ready-to-use right out-of-the-box. Great, it's flexible and one-size-fits-all! I had a little laugh over this combination, which you may be doing right now, too.

When the package arrived I couldn't even wait for my wife to get home to open it with her. I was anxious to check it out. I took all four out of the box and cleaned them all using mild dish soap.

The mouthpieces felt soft and smooth, but what I found was that running them under warm water made them feel even softer. So, of course, my mind was filled with even more doubt.  I was definitely mentally preparing to smash this mouthpiece with a devastating ZQuiet review.

When my wife got home, we both put one in. We agreed that they were as soft and comfortable as they look. We could still talk, and neither of us was drooling like we usually do when we try a new device. Mine was a perfect fit. My wife's needed to be trimmed slightly with a pair of scissors (directions provided by the company for this situation). Then we just filed it a little.

It was my night to let our senior dog out for his 2 am bathroom break. When my phone alarm went off, I was wide awake. I actually felt like I had slept through the entire night and missed taking him out. I must have been sleeping very soundly. My wife didn't wake up, but she wasn't completely silent either. There was a hint of snoring there, but nowhere near the sound that usually comes from her.

In the morning, I felt amazing. My jaw was a tad sore, but not as sore as it usually is with a new device. Neither of us could believe this soft, flexible thing hadn't fallen out in the middle of the night.

I told my wife she was snoring a little when I let the dog out. She seemed disappointed, so decided to try the other sized mouthpiece. Despite the small amount of noise, she said she felt well-rested. Our teenage son said he didn't hear me snore at all, but he did hear his mom, only because I made too much noise letting the dog out, so he woke up.

The next night, I stuck with the same mouthpiece. I trimmed the other one for my wife, and I agreed to take the "dog shift" again, just so I could see if she was snoring. To my surprise, all was silent at 2 am.

We continued on with the two-week trial, but we actually kept wearing these beyond two weeks because we loved them. We did still want to try other mouthpieces, but we always came back to this one. It was our number one stop snoring mouthpiece. Well, at least until we stumbled upon Good Morning Snore Solution (GMSS) a little later. That innovative creation became our preferred pick, and ZQuiet dropped to the number two position.

Who is ZQuiet Great For?

The soft, flexible design is unique about ZQuiet. If you have ever worn a mouthpiece and absolutely hated it, you'll appreciate the way this one is designed. It doesn't feel like an invasive piece of plastic that locks your mouth in place. The material is smooth against your gums, and relative to other mouthpieces, takes up much less space.

Also, since it has airflow holes, you can wear it if you are a mouth breather. So if you have nasal polyps, a deviated septum, or sinuses, ZQuiet will allow adequate airflow through your mouth while you sleep. I have allergies that flare up from time-to-time. So, if my nose is stuffy, I can't wear my Good Morning Snore Solution. During these times, I wear ZQuiet, so I always have one of these mouthpieces as a backup.

Who Can't Wear ZQuiet?

Although ZQuiet is flexible, it is still an MAD, so it's not a solution for individuals with dentures. The site doesn't say anything about wearing it with bridgework, crowns, or loose or weak teeth, but I just can't imagine it would be recommended.

If any of these apply to you, I would strongly suggest trying Good Morning Snore Solution. This device is actually a tongue stabilizing device. It doesn't sit inside your mouth, so it does not affect your teeth or any dental work inside your mouth.  Instead of holding the jaw forward like ZQuiet, it works by holding the tongue forward, so your airway stays clear all night. It is very comfortable and effective.

Is there a Cleaner for Zquiet?

Yes, it is the ZQuiet Clean-Foaming Anti-Bacterial Cleaner for Dental Appliances.   It is a 1.5 oz bottle, with a mint scent.  Cleaning and sanitizing your ZQuiet takes only 60 seconds with the pump, scrub, rinse method. The ZQuiet Clean is effective at killing 99.99% of bacteria on contact.

Is ZQuiet Expensive?

Considering you get two devices with your order, ZQuiet is moderately priced. The price is $79.95, but you don't have to pay upfront to try it. Many stop snoring solutions have a money-back guarantee, but ZQuiet takes a different approach. You pay $19 upfront to cover the shipping charges. Then, you have 30 days to try it. If it works for you, and you keep it, then you will be charged $79.95 on day 35. If it doesn't work for you, ship it back within 30 days, and your card won't get charged. You can also insure your package for $1.99 extra.  (I probably won't updated this section regularly, so of course check the seller for final prices).

Additional Questions

  • How much does ZQuiet really cost?

The zQuiet is a trial product. You pay $18.92 to test the product for 30 days. If you keep the zQuiet, you are charged $79.95. The total cost of the zQuiet is $98.87

  • How does the Zquiet work?

The zQuiet works by advancing the lower jaw forward and opening the upper airways. The zQuiet is two separate devices (instead of just one that is adjustable like the SnoreRx). – one with minimal lower jaw advancement and one with high jaw advancement. Users should start with the minimum zQuiet first to adjust to using the device.

  • Is snoring a sign of heart problems?
Snoring is not a result of heart problems. Snoring is most often associated with obesity and excess tissue buildup.
  • Is there a surgery to stop snoring?
Yes. It is called Somnoplasty. However, it is not a guaranteed treatment for snoring.

My Final Thoughts

I have been quite pleased with the results from the ZQuiet mouthpiece. As mentioned, I do still wear this mouthpiece when I travel or when my nose is stuffy from allergies and I can't wear my Good Morning Snore Solution. Update: Recently I have switched to SnoreRx because the calibration completely eliminates my snoring.

The material and design are comfortable. The Living Hinge Technology does what it says, and the product did stop my snoring, so I could sleep soundly. It is moderately priced, and since only shipping charges are paid up-front, you essentially try it for 30 days for $19. However, you do need to make sure you send it back within the allocated time period, if you are unhappy, or your card will be charged. Overall, I recommend ZQuiet as an effective stop snoring solution.

The ZQuiet is not available through Amazon at this time. This means any products claiming to be ZQuiet or part of the ZQuiet organization are fakes and could be illegal.

When you purchase what you believe to be a ZQuiet mouthguard from Amazon, you do so at your own risk. This won’t be the official product, with means you won’t benefit from the assurance, quality, and peace of mind that comes with the real product. Often you will find vendors on Amazon trying to pass off their products as ZQuiet using the name in their reviews, descriptions, and comments. This misleads consumers into believing they are purchasing an authentic product.

What are the risks?

If you buy an anti-snoring ZQuiet mouthguard from Amazon, there are potential risks. Remember, these products are fakes, as the ZQuiet is a patented product. Some of the risks include:

If the product you buy is poorly constructed, you could find it has loose components, which could be accidentally swallowed during the night. This could cause serious problems and could even lead to death.

zQuiet Returns and Refunds

zQuiet is a “try-and-buy” product. Customers that keep the product for 30 days are billed the 2nd charge of $79.95. The return process is not easy. zQuiet requires you to call their customer service department, request an RMA number, and follow strict shipping and return instructions.

zQuiet does not refund the original $9.95 charge, and you still pay for shipping. We estimate the total cost to “try” the zQuiet device to $15.95 ($9.95 device +$6.00 shipping).

The zQuiet returns process is not as good as other 100% refund devices. Devices with improper use or care cannot be refunded.  If you did not properly test the device, they may not refund you. Business practices such as these are not consumer friendly.

Mistakes in the returns process will easily cause you to miss your refund.

Any returns not enclosing an RMA# are not refunded. zQuiet also provides an address to ship to over the phone.

30-Day Window for RMA

Make sure the date you call for an RMA is 30 days or less from your original order date. If it takes 10 days for your zQuiet to arrive, this means you only have 20 days to test the device. No RMAs after 30 days are accepted.

Returning Your 2nd Device

If you purchased two devices from zQuiet, the 2nd device is not refundable unless it is defective.

We suggest you call and get an RMA# immediately upon receiving your device, even if you have not tested the device. This will enable you to send the device back with an RMA anytime. If you miss getting your RMA within 30 days of purchase, you are out of luck.
