Nitetronic Anti-Snore Pillow Review
It was only a matter of time for another anti-snoring smart pillow to come on the market. When I discovered the Nitetronic goodnite™ Anti-Snore Pillow, I knew I had to try it out and see if it was effective.
The Company

Nitetronic is a German company that started in 2011. They have been successful in Europe, selling over 10,000 units and have now entered the U.S. market.
How the Nitetronic Pillow Works
The Nitetronic goodnite™ Anti-Snore Pillow monitors your breathing sounds and head position throughout the night. It utilizes air chambers and sensors that detect snoring and gently adjusts your head to stimulate relaxed muscles responsible for snoring.
Setting Up the Nitetronic Pillow
Setting up smart devices isn’t always easy, but this pillow is straightforward. Just replace your current pillow with the Nitetronic pillow, plug it into an outlet, and download the two Nitetronic apps.

The Nitetronic Apps
Nitetronic has developed two apps that work with the Anti-Snore Pillow. The first app is the Nitelink App, which records your snoring using your mobile phone’s microphone.
I downloaded the Android version of the app, and it performed well, comparable to other sleep apps like SnoreLab. However, the app seems to still be in development, as it shows some Chinese characters.
The second app, Nitelink2, connects the pillow to your phone via Bluetooth and tracks your snoring. It provides useful data like sleep efficiency scores and head position charts for comprehensive monitoring of your sleeping habits.
My Experience
Overall, I rated the Nitetronic pillow at 4.6 out of 5. The only real issue for me was that the pillow is quite firm and uncomfortable initially.
On the first night, I only used the Nitelink app without activating the pillow to assess my snoring percentage. I recorded a 14% snore rate, similar to my long-term average of 15% using the SnoreLab app.
On the second night, I woke up when the pillow inflated, which was barely noticeable. The slight inflation noise from the engine may trigger disruptions, but the app reported only 5% snoring that night.
Over the next several nights, I got used to the pillow’s firmness, reporting a 50% reduction in snoring with the Nitetronic. My recordings began sounding more like heavy breathing instead of snoring, indicating that the pillow does work to reduce both quantity and volume of snoring.
Pros of the Nitetronic Pillow
- The apps are fantastic with features that chart head position.
- Ordering is simple, with a 1-year warranty and free shipping available.
- Compatible with other snoring devices, like CPAP machines.
Cons
- No delay function before the pillow starts listening for snoring.
- The return policy includes a $50 restocking fee.
Final Thoughts
If you prefer a firm pillow, the Nitetronic goodnite™ Anti-Snore Pillow could be a perfect fit. The sensors work well, and snoring rates are reduced, giving you better insight into your sleeping habits.
